The sun is finally here, summer is in full swing… We clearly want to enjoy life! But when heatwaves and high temperatures show their noses, everything becomes more painful and difficult to bear (even our favorite clothes!).

THE natural and light materials such as cotton, linen, bamboo or silk are known to be good more comfortable in case of extreme heat. They leave the skin breathes And absorb moisture unlike synthetic fabrics which should be banned from our summer wardrobe.

LIGHT COLORS AND PASTELS
In addition to giving us a smile and a healthy glow, light shades reflect the sun and therefore the heat, unlike the black and dark colors that absorb it (black absorbs up to 90% of the energy it receives, and yes, that's a lot!).
We therefore favor the light, pastel and colorful tones and we reserve black for the evenings - when it's cooler.

Friction, blisters, perspiration, odor… Closed shoes are not recommended. as soon as the mercury rises!
