How does it happen next?
🚀 We then organize the collection of your items according to your wishes (by courier in Paris, Mondial Relay, Colissimo or DHL throughout France).
Collection is free of charge for 5 items or more or a value of €150.
🧘♀️Then, nothing more to do! We store your items, enhance them with professional photos, put them online on 10 platforms present in more than 80 countries and monitor the sale.
💶 You receive a transfer every month for items sold the previous month.
At Jaiio, we firmly believe that fashion and style should not be ephemeral, but should stand the test of time and flourish over the years.
We choose quality and durability. We therefore do not accept fast fashion brands (️ Zara, C&A, H&M ...). For information, The items received, belonging to these brands, will be automatically given to our partner associations.
You can now resell all your clothing, accessories, shoes, watches, jewelry, perfumes and cosmetics that you no longer use, in perfect condition (new for cosmetics and perfumes) and among the brands we have carefully selected for their ability to withstand time and live multiple lives. From 500 to 999 euros: 60% / 40%
Less than 500€: 50% / 50%
Less than 60€: 50% + €5 processing fee / 50%
This commission is there to cover all the costs associated with putting your items on sale, it includes
- Collection of your treasures throughout France via Courier, DHL, Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
- The valuation of your articles thanks to professional photos, taken by our photographer in our showroom in Paris.
- Online publication on 10 second-hand platforms present in more than 80 countries.
- The control and authentication of your parts by our experts, who are employees of the company and are based in our showroom in Paris.
- Answers to buyers' questions.
- The storage of your items until they live their new life, which are stored and insured in our showroom in Paris.
- Packaging and shipping, by our logistician, who is an employee of the company.
These commission scales apply to the sale price of your item excluding VAT.
Need money right away? We also buy some of your items for cash.

Jaiioassures and assumes responsibility for all items from the moment they are received in our offices until the item is received by the buyer. All items are insured against theft, fire, flood and accidental damage. The coverage for these risks will in no case exceed the amount reimbursed by the insurance company.
