General questions
You must create an account to be able to purchase an item by choosing a username and password.
You can modify this account by clicking on “my account” then “modify profile”.
You don't need to create an account to sell. We'll create one for you when your items are listed, and you'll receive all the details by email. If you already have a buyer account, your login details will be the same.
- Personal data
Jaiio undertakes to keep confidential the personal data concerning all of its members, and never to communicate them except in the event of an express request from the judicial or regulatory authorities, in particular in the event of detection of a possible criminal offense.
In order to ensure the processing, monitoring and archiving of your orders and deposits, Jaiio must necessarily process your personal data. The processed data is transmitted to Jaiio, and where applicable to the partners concerned, according to the terms and for the following purposes:
- Order management by Jaiio
Providing personal data collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory for the confirmation and validation of any order, as well as its tracking and shipping. Without this information, an order cannot be processed.
This data may be transmitted to technical service providers of Jaiio, for the sole purpose of the proper execution of orders, or the establishment of statistics.
- Sending commercial information
You may be required to receive Jaiio emails or text messages containing information about the products and activities of Jaiio.
You retain the right to refuse such communication a posteriori by expressing your refusal by email by clicking in the dedicated section on the Site.
Rights of access, modification, opposition and deletion
In all cases, you have the right to access, modify, oppose and delete personal data concerning you by writing to the following address:
hello@jaiio.fr in indicating your name, first name, email and address.
In accordance with current regulations, all requests must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the applicant's signature and specify the address to which the response should be sent. A response will then be sent to you within 2 months of receipt of the request.
- Bank details
Jaiio never has access to confidential information relating to the payment method. This is why your bank details are requested with each order. Indeed, only Stripe, Alma and Paypal France have confidential information (card number, expiration date) which is inaccessible to a third party.
The site of Jaiio is the subject of one of the most efficient security systems currently available. It has implemented the “3d secure” protection system for each payment made on the Site.

All fast fashion items (Zara, H&M, Shein, Mango, Cos, Maison 123, Kiabi, Monoprix, etc.) received will be automatically donated to charities, with no possibility of recovering them.
💶 You can choose to have an estimate by filling out the online form and select the shipping method of your choice (Mondial Relay or Chronopost for all of France, Courier for Paris). Collection fees are our responsibility for items of 5 or more or €150 in value.
Our commission scale East :
- Item sold over €2,000: 80% off the price excluding VAT for you, 20% for jaiio
- Item sold between €1,000 and €1,999: 70% off the price excluding VAT for you, 30% for jaiio
- Item sold between €500 and €999: 60% off the price excluding VAT for you, 40% for jaiio
- Item sold between €0 and €499: 50% off the price excluding VAT for you, 50% for jaiio
We apply an additional processing fee of €5 per item for all items sold for €59 including VAT or less.
The commission includes:
- Transporting items from your home to ours
- The selection, control and authentication of your items, professional photos, pricing, writing the description and putting them online on more than 10 platforms present in more than 80 countries as well as shipping to 2 physical points of sale (Galeries Lafayette Haussmann or the rue du Jour boutique)
- Marketing costs to showcase your treasures
- Storage and then shipping of the parts sold
We set the prices but would be happy to discuss with you if necessary.
Items are posted online on 12 platforms (including Vestiaire Collective, Vinted, La Redoute, Place des Tendances, Jaiio, Vintage Bar, Spartoo, Joli Closet, Choose, and DeInDeal). This way, your items are visible in more than 80 countries to millions of members, maximizing your chances of selling them.
We also have a corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann and a boutique at 10 Rue du Jour in Paris where we showcase a selection of gems.
You then receive a transfer every month for the parts sold.
We keep your items on consignment for 9 months—the first 6 months at the original price, then we discount unsold items by 30% for an additional 3 months. Afterward, you can collect the items at your own expense or choose to donate them to one of our partner charities.
We take: clothing, bags, shoes, accessories and beauty products (new only) without seasonality - only for adults.

We only take authenticated items, no counterfeits.
In good condition, of course, meaning no holes, stains, pilling, signs of wear or discoloration and with working zippers.
All labels must be present and legible: original brand label, size label and composition label.
It can be clothing, shoes, accessories, bags or even perfumes or cosmetics for men and women.
Jaiio reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet these criteria.
Removal costs are included in the commission.

We keep the items you entrust for 9 months. After the first 6 months, unsold items are automatically discounted by 30%, with this reduction being shared equally by jaiio and the depositor.

You entrust your items to us, Jaiio takes care of the rest!
Concretely, this means that we take care of the removal of your treasures (from 5 items or a value of €150) and then we take care of valuing your items on 12 second-hand platforms as they should be so that they sell as quickly as possible. With professional photos, writing the product sheet, putting them online and monitoring the sale. All you have to do is collect your money!
The commission we charge on sales helps us cover the costs of removal, posting, storage, and shipping. These operations are carried out by company employees in our showroom located in Paris.
We guarantee that your items will be sold at the best price, without haggling. With Jaiio, you save time and money !
Jaiio insures and assumes responsibility for all items from the moment they are received at our offices until the item is received by the buyer. All items are insured against theft, fire, flooding, and accidental damage. Coverage for these risks will in no case exceed the amount reimbursed by the insurance company.
In the case of Mondial Relay, compensation if the package is lost is €25.
Our commission scale East :
- Item sold between €0 and €499: 50% on the price excluding VAT for you, 50% for jaiio
- Item sold between €500 and €999: 60% on the price excluding VAT for you, 40% for jaiio
- Item sold between €1,000 and €1,999: 70% on the price excluding VAT for you, 30% for jaiio
- Item sold over €2,000: 80% on the price excluding VAT for you, 20% for jaiio

Each item chosen by Jaiio is appraised prior to its sale by our specialists and experts, who are employees of the company and are based in our showroom in Paris. We also call on external experts when necessary.
Every item selected by jaiio is reviewed by a member of our team. Prices are set based on the secondhand value of the items.
However, we are open to discussion if you wish to change a price. You can contact us directly in response to the online confirmation email within a maximum of 7 days from the processing of your deposit.
Pre-registering your items via our form allows for an initial selection. However, if one of your items is rejected during quality control, you will receive an email giving you two options. :
- Your(s) article.s may be returned. at a relay point, at your expense, you can pay and validate here within 7 days so that your items are returned to you by Mondial Relay
- Your(s) article.s may be donated to a partner charity
Please note that if you do not receive a response within 7 days, the items will automatically be donated to one of our partner associations.
We remind you that fast fashion items received (Zara, C&A, H&M, etc.) will be automatically donated to our partner associations without the possibility of recovering them.
We manage the entire online posting of your items on our website and on 12 second-hand platforms. The posting is completed within 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of the items by Jaiio.
You can view the items you've entrusted to us in your account, along with their selling price and your earnings. If you'd like to change the price of your items (within 7 days), you can contact us by email, and we'll make the changes within 2 business days.
The buyer relationship is entirely handled by the Jaiio team. You don't have to do anything, we take care of everything. !
You will receive an email after the buyer's legal withdrawal period has expired.
Transfers are made once a month - during the first half of each month.
Buyers legally have 14 days to change their mind on our site and request a refund. This delay varies slightly from one platform to another.
If an item is returned, we automatically relist it on all platforms and do everything we can to sell it as quickly as possible.
To facilitate the payment of your sales, we invite you to add your IBAN to your account.
Every month, you'll receive an email and a bank transfer for items sold after their withdrawal period. You don't have to wait until all your items have sold to receive your money!
Please note that you can also benefit from a credit, valid for 1 year on the entire site jaiio.frThis will automatically be increased by 20% of your winnings. To request this credit, simply reply to our email informing you that your items have been sold.
Buyers legally have 14 days to change their mind on our site and request a refund. This timeframe varies slightly from one platform to another.
Don't worry, if an item is returned, we automatically relist it on all platforms and do everything we can to sell it as quickly as possible.
Your items may not have been posted online yet. Deposits are processed within 3 to 4 weeks; you will receive an email once your deposit is complete.

After the first 6 months of deposit, unsold items are automatically discounted by 30%, shared equally by jaiio and the depositor.
If your item has not been sold after the 9-month period, you will receive an email asking you to choose from the following options:
1. You collect your item at your expense from the relay point, you can pay via the following link so that your items are returned to you by Mondial Relay or Chronopost: End of deposit fees
2. You want to donate them to the charity in which they will have the best possible second life (recycling raw materials, upcycling young designers, donation to Cravate Solidaire, the Red Cross or Secours Populaire).
You have 7 days to respond to us, if you do not respond your item will be automatically given away.
By entrusting us with an item, you agree to the sale of your item on our website and on second-hand platforms for 9 months. You will only be able to collect your item if it remains unsold after this period.
We receive hundreds of coins every day and cannot afford to make exceptions and return deposits early. This wastes us considerable time and money.
We do our best to sell your items as quickly as possible!
We work with several partner associations (La Cravate Solidaire, Le Secours Populaire, La Croix Rouge).
We send them rejected documents or completed deposits several times a month. You can, of course, select the association of your choice from among these.
All items you entrust to us are sold on jaiio.fr .
We strive to maximize the visibility of your items by distributing them on several partner second-hand platforms (12 in total). However, each platform applies its own acceptance criteria (category, brand, price, condition, etc.), which may limit the publication of certain items.
In this case, the item will remain available for sale on other compatible platforms and on our website. This selection is made automatically based on platform criteria, and we are committed to choosing the most appropriate sales channels to optimize your chances of resale.
A selection of seasonal items is highlighted in our physical points of sale (at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann and at the jaiio boutique).
The earnings for you will always be those announced at the time of deposit, regardless of the platform where the item is sold.

You can complete your purchase by clicking "buy" and simply following the prompts. Your purchase is complete when you complete your payment. Your purchased item will then be shipped to the delivery address you provided.
All payment methods available on jaiio.fr are 100% secure.
We use two online payment systems:

Jaiio does not hold your bank card information at any point during the process.
We carefully select and inspect all the items entrusted to us to guarantee impeccable condition and quality items that will last. If an item does not meet these criteria, it will be rejected during quality control. Likewise, items are authenticated to ensure their authenticity.
We perform a final quality check before shipping to ensure the item is as advertised. This additional verification step is part of our commitment to only offering you parts in perfect condition, to guarantee your 100% satisfaction.

Jaiio delivers to all countries in the world.
Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
The delivery methods offered are :
- Courier for Paris intramuros from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., delivery costs €9
- Home delivery without signature via Chronopost, delivery costs €9 in mainland France, €15 in overseas territories and Europe – delivery 2 to 3 working days
- Mondial Relay, delivery costs €5 in mainland France only – delivery 3 to 5 working days
- Pick up from our showroom in the 10th arrondissement, free of charge and by appointment, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Delivery costs in mainland France are free for all orders over €150.
All orders are shipped within 5 business days maximum.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you have chosen collection from the showroom or delivery by courier (Paris intramuros), we will inform you by email when your order is ready in order to arrange an appointment.
Changing your delivery address is possible before your order is shipped. We invite you to contact our team. hello@jaiio.fr as soon as possible.
You will not be able to change your delivery address once your order has been shipped.
All items purchased online are refundable if they do not suit you.

E-commerce returns management application
The item must still have its jaiio label. The return slip that will be sent to you following your request must be included in the package.
You must then return the item(s) to us within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Return costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you choose a credit note, the return costs will be free.
You are responsible for any damages incurred during return.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, jaiio reserves the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product.
For any item purchased elsewhere than on the jaiio website, please use the platform's messaging system.
To be eligible for return, an item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the Jaiio tag still attached.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to refund it. However, you can choose to:
- Recover your item by paying the return shipping costs.
- Donate the item to a partner association.
Lingerie, cosmetics and perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please check the condition of your item carefully before returning it to us.
The returned item must be shipped within 14 days following receipt of the order. After this deadline, no returns will be accepted.
The return is refused because we have already paid the amount of the sale to the depositor.
If your return is late, you have two options:
- Recover your item by paying the return shipping costs.
- Donate the item to a partner association.
We thank you for respecting these deadlines to ensure fair management for all parties.
Delivery times may vary from one carrier to another.

Jaiioforever
When you purchase an item jaiioforever, we promise to take it back within 6 months of your purchase in the form of a voucher worth 70% of the purchase price. This way, you can easily update your wardrobe whenever you want.
This service is only valid in mainland France (for now !)
No, this is not a rental because you are the owner of the item you purchased and you decide whether you want to keep it or exchange it, at any time, up to 6 months after purchase.
If you decide to exchange it, you will receive a credit of 70% of its purchase price.
All items can benefit from the system jaiioforever except cosmetics, perfumes, lingerie and shoes.

We will send you a Mondial Relay prepaid label as soon as possible.
Our team will check your item upon arrival at our offices and will then immediately issue a credit note equal to 70% of the purchase value of the item in question.
We reserve the right to refuse to take back an item whose condition does not meet our selection criteria. In this case, the item may be :
Returned by courier (€9) or Mondial Relay (€5) at your expense.
. Donated to our charity.
We will exchange your item and issue a credit note only if you meet the following conditions :
- The item was purchased from Jaiio
- You return it to us within a maximum of 6 months, in the same condition as when you bought it.
- You use the same account as when purchasing
The exchange will be in the form of a credit note only. This credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be refunded in cash.
If the item is no longer in the same condition as when you purchased it, we will not be able to exchange it for credit.
The credit will be equal to 70% of the purchase price, including VAT, if you meet the exchange conditions. The credit will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receiving the item at our offices.
When you purchase an item, at the time of payment, simply enter the credit code in the PRIVILEGE CODE box.
This credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
It cannot be refunded.
