General questions

You must create an account to be able to purchase an item by choosing a username and password.

You can modify this account by clicking on “my account” then “modify profile”.

You do not need to create an account to sell, we will create it for you when your items are posted and you will receive all the details by email. If you already have a buyer account, your login details will be the same.

  • Personal data

Jaiio  undertakes to keep confidential the personal data concerning all of its members, and never to communicate them except in the event of an express request from the judicial or regulatory authorities, in particular in the event of detection of a possible criminal offence.

In order to ensure the processing, monitoring and archiving of your orders and deposits,  Jaiio  must necessarily process your personal data. The processed data are transmitted to  Jaiio, and where applicable to the partners concerned, according to the terms and for the following purposes:

  • Order management by  Jaiio

The provision of personal data collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory for the confirmation and validation of any order as well as its tracking and shipping. In their absence, an order cannot be processed.

This data may be transmitted to technical service providers.  Jaiio, for the sole purpose of the proper execution of orders, or the establishment of statistics.

  • Sending commercial information

You may be required to receive  Jaiio  emails or text messages containing information about products and activities of  Jaiio.

You retain the right to refuse such communication a posteriori by expressing your refusal by email by clicking on the dedicated section on the Site.

Rights of access, modification, opposition and deletion

In all cases, you have the right to access, modify, oppose and delete personal data concerning you by writing to the following address:

hello@jaiio.fr in  indicating your name, first name, email and address.

In accordance with current regulations, all requests must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the applicant's signature and specify the address to which the response should be sent. A response will then be sent to you within 2 months of receipt of the request.

  • Bank details

Jaiio  never has access to confidential information relating to the means of payment. This is why your bank details are requested for each order. In fact, only the companies Paypal and MANGO PAY have confidential information (card number, expiry date) which is inaccessible to a third party.

The site of  Jaiio  is the subject of one of the most efficient security systems currently available. It has not only adopted the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process but also reinforced all the scrambling and encryption processes in order to protect as effectively as possible all sensitive data related to means of payment.

I wish to sell

To entrust us with your items, nothing could be simpler! Just make your request in 3 clicks here.

For brands, we choose quality and durability. We therefore do not accept fast fashion brands (Zara, C&A, H&M...). For your information, the items received, belonging to these brands, will be automatically donated to our partner associations.  If necessary, you will find the complete list of accepted brands here.

We will then organize the collection of your items according to your wishes (courier in Paris, Mondial Relay, DHL or Colissimo throughout France).

Removal costs are our responsibility for 5 items or more or a value of €150.

Our commission scale is:
. item sold between 0 and 499 €: 50% on the price excluding VAT for you, 50% for jaiio
. item sold between €500 and €999: 60% on the price excluding VAT for you, 40% for jaiio
. item sold between €1000 and €1999: 70% on the price excluding VAT for you, 30% for jaiio
. item sold over €2000: 80% off the price excluding VAT for you, 20% for jaiio

We apply an additional handling fee of €5 per piece for all items sold for €59 including VAT or less.

The commission includes:
. Transporting items from your home to ours
. The selection, control and authentication of your items, professional photos, price definition, writing of the description and putting online on more than 10 platforms present in more than 80 countries as well as sending to 2 physical points of sale (Les Galeries Lafayette Haussmann or the boutique rue du Jour).
. Marketing costs to showcase your treasures
. Storage and then shipping of the parts sold
We set the prices but would be happy to discuss with you if necessary.
The items are put online on 8 platforms (Vestiaire Collective, Place des Tendances, Jaiio, Vintage Bar, Spartoo, Joli Closet, Choose, DeInDeal). Thus your items are visible in more than 80 countries by millions of members, in order to maximize the chances of selling them.

We also have a corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann and a boutique at 10 Rue du Jour in Paris where we showcase a selection of gems.

You then receive a transfer every month for the parts sold.

We hold your items for 9 months - the first 6 months at the original price, then we discount unsold items by 30% for an additional 3 months. At the end, you can collect the items at your own expense or choose to donate them to one of our partner charities.

It can be clothes, shoes, accessories, bags or even perfumes or cosmetics for men and women.

For brands, we choose quality and durability.

So all the well-known and quality brands.

We do not accept fast fashion brands (Zara, C&A, H&M, Kiabi, Promod, etc.).

If you would like to suggest another brand (premium or luxury only) that is not in the list, contact us by email. vendre@jaiio.fr.

Only authenticated items, no counterfeits. In good condition, of course.

This means no holes, no stains, no pilling, no signs of wear or discoloration and with zippers that work.

All labels must be present and legible: original brand label, size label and composition label.

Jaiio reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet these criteria.

Removal costs are included in the commission.

From 5 items or 150 euros of sale price, no costs for you!

We keep the entrusted parts for 9 months. At the end of the first 6 months, the still unsold items are automatically discounted by 30%, this reduction being borne equally by jaiio and the depositor.

You entrust us with your items,  Jaiio  takes care of the rest!

This means that we take care of the removal of your treasures (from 5 items or a value of €150) and then we take care of valuing your items on 8 second-hand platforms as they should be so that they sell as quickly as possible. With professional photos, writing the product sheet, putting it online and monitoring the sale.  All you have to do is collect your money!

The commission we charge on the sale allows us to cover the costs related to the removal, online posting, storage and shipping operations. These operations are carried out by employees of the company, in our showroom located in Paris.

We guarantee that your items will be sold at the best price, without being haggled over. With  Jaiio, you save time and money  !

Jaiio insures and assumes responsibility for all items from the moment they are received at our offices until the item is received by the buyer. All items are insured against theft, fire, flood and accidental damage. The coverage for these risks will in no case exceed the amount reimbursed by the insurance company.

In the case of Mondial Relay, the compensation per package is €25.

At Jaiio we are transparent  : we want you to free up space in your cupboards and make money.  So for our commission, it's the same. We get paid when you have sold. Everything else is free for you.

The commission allows us to live simply.

That is to say, paying for a site that works, offices in France, paying a team of 20 people who take care of your treasures, will be responsive to respond to buyers (among others) and will store your items.


We adjust it as closely as possible to make it as accurate as possible. That's the Jaiio spirit.

Our commission

. item sold over €2000: 80% off the price excluding VAT for you, 20% for jaiio

. item sold between €1000 and €1999: 70% on the price excluding VAT for you, 30% for jaiio

. item sold between €500 and €999: 60% on the price excluding VAT for you, 40% for jaiio

. item sold between 0 and 499 €: 50% on the price excluding VAT for you, 50% for jaiio

. For all items sold less than €60, a processing fee of €5 per item will be applied from January 1, 2024.

For all items sold less than €60, a processing fee of €5 per item is applied.

This commission includes

. Collection of your treasures throughout France via Courier, DHL, Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

. The valuation of your articles thanks to  professional photos.

. Online posting on 10 second-hand platforms present in more than 80 countries.

. The control and authentication of your parts by our experts.

. Answers to buyers' questions.

. Storing your items until they live their new life.

. Packaging and shipping.

These commission scales of jaiio, which apply to the sale price of your item excluding VAT.

Need money right away? We also buy your items for cash under certain conditions.

Each article chosen by Jaiio is appraised prior to its sale by our specialists and experts, who are employees of the company and are based in our showroom in Paris. We also call upon external experts when necessary.

Each item chosen by jaiio is checked by a member of our team. Prices are set based on the second-hand value of the pieces.

However, we are open to discussion in case you wish to modify a price. You can contact us directly in response to the confirmation email of online publication within 7 days maximum from the processing of your deposit.

Pre-registering your items via our form allows for an initial selection. Despite this, if one of your items is rejected at quality control, you will then receive an email giving you the choice between these 2 options  :

. Your item(s) may be returned.  at a relay point, at your expense,  you can pay and validate within 7 days via the following link so that your items are returned to you by Mondial Relay https://jaiio.fr/product/frais-de-retour/

. Your item(s) may be donated to a partner charity, with your agreement of course.

. We remind you that fast fashion items received (️Zara, C&A, H&M...) will be automatically donated to our partner associations.

You entrust us with the items you no longer wear, we take care of the rest  !

We manage the entire online publication of your items on our website and on 8 second-hand platforms. The online publication is carried out within 2 weeks after receipt of the items by  Jaiio.

You will be able to find in your account the items that you have entrusted to us as well as their sale price and the earnings for you. If you wish to change the price of your items you can contact us by email and we will make the changes within 2 days (excluding weekends).

The relationship with the buyer is fully supported by the Jaiio teams. You don't have to do anything, we take care of everything  ! Likewise, you sell your items in complete confidentiality and your name will never be mentioned.

Each time one of your items is sold, it is instantly updated on your space. You will receive an email once the sale is confirmed, that is to say as soon as the legal withdrawal period for the buyer (14 days) has passed.

Transfers are made monthly.

Every month you will receive an email and a payment by bank transfer for the items sold, whose withdrawal period has passed. You do not need to wait until all your items are sold to receive your money!

Please note that you can also benefit from a credit, valid for 1 year on the entire jaiio.fr site. This will be automatically increased by 20% of the amount of your earnings. To request this credit, simply reply to our email informing you that your items have been sold.

Buyers legally have 14 days to change their mind on our site and request a refund. This period varies slightly from one platform to another. Whatever happens, when the sale is validated, you receive a sales confirmation email.

Don't worry, if an item is returned, we automatically put it back on sale on all platforms and do everything we can to sell it as quickly as possible.

Your items may not have been posted yet. Deposits are processed within 14 days, an email is sent to you once your deposit is complete.

Of course  ! If you choose to spend your earnings at Jaiio, we will send you a voucher by email, and we will donate 5% of our commission to our partner association, La Cravate Solidaire.

Everyone deserves a second chance! After the first 6 months of deposit, unsold items are automatically discounted by 30%, shared equally by jaiio and the depositor.

If your item has not been sold after the 9 month period, you will receive an email asking you to choose from the following solutions:

1. You collect your item at your expense from a relay point, you can pay via the following link so that your items are returned to you by Mondial Relay or Colissimo: Final deposit fees

2. You want to give them to the charity in which they will have the best possible second life (recycling raw materials, upcycling young designers, donation to Cravate Solidaire, the Red Cross or Secours Populaire.)

You have 7 days to respond to us, without a response from you your item will be automatically given away.

By entrusting us with an item, you agree to the sale of your item on our site and on second-hand platforms for 9 months. It is only if your item is unsold at the end of this period that you will then be able to recover it.

We receive hundreds of coins every day and cannot afford to make exceptions and return deposits early. This wastes a lot of time and money.

We do our best to sell your items as quickly as possible!

We work with several partner associations (La Cravate Solidaire, Le Secours Populaire, La Croix Rouge).

We send them several times a month the refused parts or the end of deposits. You can of course select the association of your choice among these.

All the items you entrust to us are sold on jaiio.fr, as well as on 8 other major second-hand platforms and at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. The earnings for you will always be those announced at the time of deposit, regardless of the platform where the item is sold.

I wish to buy an item

You can make a purchase by clicking on “buy” and simply following the steps that will be proposed to you. Validation of your purchase is effective when you make the payment. The item you have purchased will then be shipped to the delivery address that you have chosen to indicate.

All payment methods on jaiio.fr are 100% secure.

We use two online payment systems:

. Paypal – more information

. Stripe – more information

Jaiio  does not hold your credit card information at any time during the process.

We carefully select and check all the parts entrusted to us to guarantee you impeccable condition and quality items that will last. If an item does not meet these criteria, it will be refused at quality control. Likewise, the items are authenticated to assure you of their authenticity.

Jaiio  delivers to all countries in the world.

The delivery methods offered are  :

. Courier for Paris intramuros from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., delivery costs €9 – maximum delivery within 48 hours (excluding weekends)

. Home delivery without signature, delivery costs €9 in mainland France, €15 in overseas territories and Europe – delivery 2 to 3 working days

. Mondial Relay, delivery costs €5 in mainland France only – delivery 3 to 5 working days

. Directly to our showroom, for free, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Delivery costs in mainland France are free for all orders over €150.

All orders are shipped within 5 business days maximum.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you have chosen to collect from the showroom or have it delivered by courier (within Paris), we will inform you by email when your order is ready so that you can arrange an appointment.

Changing your delivery address is possible before your order is being delivered. Please contact our team for this. hello@jaiio.fr

You will not be able to change your shipping address once your order has been shipped.

Of course, everyone has the right to change their mind.  !

For all items purchased on jaiio, you can request a credit or a refund.

To do this you must contact us by email. within 48 hours from the date of delivery of your order by providing us with your name, email, order number and item(s) you wish to return.

You must then return the item(s) to us within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

The item must have its label  Jaiio intact and attached to the item.

Return costs are your responsibility.

You are responsible for any damages incurred during return.

​Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made through the same method of payment as that used for the initial purchase.

If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product.

Cancellation of an order after purchase on the site cannot be  taken into account.

Pour être éligible au retour, un article doit être dans son état d’origine, non porté, non lavé et avec l’étiquette Jaiio encore attachée.

Si un article retourné ne respecte pas ces conditions, nous ne pourrons pas procéder à son remboursement. Vous pourrez cependant choisir de :

  • Récupérer votre article en payant les frais de réexpédition.
  • Faire don de l’article à une association partenaire.

Les articles de lingerie, cosmétiques et parfums ne peuvent être repris pour des raisons d’hygiène.

Nous vous remercions de bien vérifier l’état de votre article avant de nous le retourner.

L’article retourné doit être expédié dans le délai de 14 jours suivant la réception de la commande. Passé ce délai, aucun retour ne sera accepté.

Le retour est refusé car nous avons déjà versé le montant de la vente à la déposante.

Si votre retour est hors délai, vous avez deux options:

  • Récupérer votre article en réglant les frais de réexpédition.
  • Faire don de l’article à une association partenaire.

Nous vous remercions de respecter ces délais afin d’assurer une gestion équitable pour toutes les parties.

Stop hoarding and yes to novelty! We have imagined  jaiioforever  to satisfy your desires.

When you purchase an item  jaiioforever, we promise to take it back from you within 6 months of your purchase in the form of a voucher corresponding to 70% of the purchase price. So you can easily renew your wardrobe whenever you want  !

This service is only valid in mainland France (for now  !)

No, this is not a rental because you are the owner of the item you purchased and you decide whether you want to keep it or exchange it, at any time, up to 6 months after purchase.

If you decide to exchange it, you will receive a credit of 70% of its purchase price.

So you can choose a new item according to your desires.  !

There is no obligation to exchange, you are completely free to choose.

All items can benefit from the system jaiioforever except cosmetics, perfumes and shoes.

You can choose your method of collection, at our expense:

. By courier for Paris intramuros from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.,

. By Mondial Relay, in mainland France only,

Our team will check your item upon arrival at our offices, and will then immediately issue a credit note equal to 70% of the purchase value of the item in question.

You will receive this credit within 48 hours by email so that you can choose the new item of your choice!

We reserve the right to refuse to take back an item whose condition does not match our selection criteria. In this case, the item may be  :

. Returned by courier (€7) or Mondial Relay (€5) at your expense.

. Donated to our charity.

We will exchange your item and issue a credit only if you meet the following conditions  :

. The item was purchased from Jaiio.

. You do not report it within a maximum period of 6 months.

. You return the item to us in the same condition as when you purchased it.

. You use the same account as when purchasing

The exchange will be made in the form of a credit only.

This credit will be valid for 12 months from its date of issue and cannot be refunded in cash.

If the item is no longer in the same condition as when you purchased it, we will not be able to exchange it for a credit.

The credit will be in the amount of 70% of the purchase price including VAT if you meet the exchange conditions. The credit will be sent to you by email within 48 hours after receipt of the item in our offices.

When you purchase an item, at the time of payment, simply enter the credit code in the PRIVILEGE CODE box.

This credit is valid for 12 months from its date of issue.

It cannot be refunded.
