The questions you ask yourself most often

You must create an account to be able to purchase an item by choosing a username and password.

You can modify this account by clicking on “my account” then “modify profile”.

You do not need to create an account to sell, we will create it for you when your items are posted and you will receive all the details by email. If you already have a buyer account, your login details will be the same.

If it's easier for you, you can list us by email (vendre@jaiio.fr) the parts you wish to entrust to us by simply indicating the brand / type of item / material / condition and age (+ or – 5 years).

How does it happen next?

🚀 We then organize the collection of your items according to your wishes (by courier in Paris, Mondial Relay, Colissimo or DHL throughout France).

Collection is free for 5 items or more or a value of €150.

🧘‍♀️Then, nothing more to do! We store your items, enhance them with professional photos, put them online on 7 platforms present in more than 80 countries and monitor the sale.

💶 You receive a transfer every month for items sold the previous month.

This can be clothes, shoes, accessories or bags, for men and women.

For brands, we choose quality and durability.

So all the well-known and quality brands.

If you would like to suggest another brand, please contact us by email. vendre@jaiio.fr.

We do not accept fast fashion brands (Zara, C&A, H&M, Kiabi, Promod, etc.).

Only authenticated items, no counterfeits. In good condition, of course.

This means no holes, no stains, no pilling, no signs of wear or discoloration and with zippers that work.

All labels must be present and legible: original brand label, size label and composition label.

Jaiio reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet these criteria.

You entrust us with your items,  Jaiio  takes care of the rest!

This means that we take care of the removal of your treasures (from 5 items or a value of €150) and then we take care of valuing your items on 8 second-hand platforms as they should be so that they sell as quickly as possible. With professional photos, writing the product sheet, putting it online and monitoring the sale.  All you have to do is collect your money!

The commission we charge on the sale allows us to cover the costs related to the removal, online posting, storage and shipping operations. These operations are carried out by employees of the company, in our showroom located in Paris.

We guarantee that your items will be sold at the best price, without being haggled over. With  Jaiio, you save time and money  !

You can make a purchase by clicking on “buy” and simply following the steps that will be proposed to you. Validation of your purchase is effective when you make the payment. The item you have purchased will then be shipped to the delivery address that you have chosen to indicate.

All orders are shipped within 5 business days maximum.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information or you can always contact us via email hello@jaiio.fr or via Whatsapp at +33609151858.

If you have chosen to collect from the showroom or have it delivered by courier (within Paris), we will inform you by email when your order is ready so that you can arrange an appointment.

Of course, everyone has the right to change their mind.  !

. For all items purchased on jaiio, you can request a credit or a refund.

To do this you must contact us by email. within 48 hours from the date of delivery of your order by providing us with your name, email, order number and item(s) you wish to return.

You must then return the item(s) to us within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

The item must have its label  Jaiio intact and attached to the item.

Return costs are your responsibility.

You are responsible for any damages incurred during return.

​Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made through the same method of payment as that used for the initial purchase.

If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product.

Cancellation of an order after purchase on the site cannot be  taken into account.
