Our quality charter
At Jaiio we love what is beautiful and what lasts. Like you apparently. For our selection to be as beautiful as it was durable, we have established a charter of selective quality.
We accept
• Minimum 5 items per package or a value of €150. Clean and neatly folded items.
• Items without stains or signs of wear (no pilling, damaged leather, missing buttons, etc.)
• Shoes with clean insoles and no signs of wear.
• Items with their brand and composition labels. This is important to give your buyers confidence and ensure they can make their purchases last.
We refuse
• Fast fashion items (Zara, H&M, Kiabi etc.) because in fashion, speed is synonymous with poor quality.
• Worn-out, pilled, stained, holed, felted items. Would you buy them?
• Underwear that isn't new for hygiene reasons. Unbranded items. It's important to know what you're buying.
• Items without size, brand, and composition labels. When you love clothes, you want them to last and know how to care for them.
