🚚 Then, we organize the collection according to your preferences (courier in Paris, Mondial Relay, Chronopost or DHL anywhere in France).

➡️ It's free for 5 items or an estimated value of €150 or more.

🧘‍♀️ And you? You don't do anything anymore.

We take care of everything: storage, professional photos, uploading to 10 international platforms, sales tracking.

💶 Each month you receive a transfer for items sold.

🏠 Option 2: Drop off in store, no appointment required

- At the house of Jaiio, 10 rue du Jour – Paris 1st (Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m.–7 p.m.)

- At the house of Smart, in Boulogne (Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 a.m.–7 p.m.)

No online form required : come directly with your parts, after having checked the accepted brands and the quality charter.

At Jaiio, we firmly believe that fashion and style should not be fleeting, but should stand the test of time and flourish over the years.

We choose quality and durability. We therefore do not accept fast fashion brands (️ Zara, C&A, H&M ...). For your information, Items received, belonging to these brands, will be automatically donated to our partner associations.

You can now resell all your clothing, accessories, shoes, watches, jewelry, perfumes and cosmetics that you no longer use, in perfect condition (new for cosmetics and perfumes) and among the brands we have carefully selected for their ability to withstand time and live multiple lives. (See the list here)

With Jaiio, you save time… and up to 80% of the price of the entrusted article.

Our commission varies depending on the selling price of each item.

For you

• Bags over €2,000: 80% for you / 20% for Jaiio
• More than 1000€: 70% for you / 30% for Jaiio
• From 500 to 999 euros: 60% for you / 40% for Jaiio
• Less than €500: 50% for you / 50% for Jaiio
• Less than €60: 50% + €5 processing fee / 50%

This commission allows us to offer you the service, and we adjust it as closely as possible to ensure it's as fair as possible. That's the Jaiio spirit.

It includes

• Collection of your treasures throughout France via Courier, DHL, Chronopost or Mondial Relay.
• The valuation of your articles thanks to professional photos, taken by our photographer in our showroom in Paris.
• Online posting on 10 second-hand platforms present in more than 80 countries.
• The inspection and authentication of your parts by our experts, who are employees of the company and are based in our showroom in Paris.
• Answers to buyers' questions.
• Storage of your items until they live their new life, which are stored and insured in our showroom in Paris.
• Packaging and shipping, by our logistician, who is an employee of the company.

These commission scales apply to the selling price of your item excluding VAT.

Jaiio insures and assumes responsibility for all items from the moment they arrive at our offices until the buyer receives them. All items are insured against theft, fire, flooding, and accidental damage. Under no circumstances will coverage for these risks exceed the amount reimbursed by the insurance company.
